It is always a pleasure to came to Carlo'workshop, and i'm lucky beacause i only need 1 hour drive. Carlo's workshop is a mine of wonders
We had a very good talk together on bikes and projects.
I then take the chance to drive home with a marzocchi M1r38mm machined by Carlo and the related brembo p08 adaptors.

Thank you Carlo
Filippo

Well this is very unique to see. Impressive. Better than using a DREMEL tool.

Q: Do Carlo’s caliper adapters change the size of the discs you will use or just locate the calipers lower? Won’t the calipers bolt directly to the sliders using 280mm discs easily? Or is something a different bolt spacing?

Hi MikeV
thank you for reply.
I will forward to the "team" your congrats, they really are doing an awesome job.

Carlo's adaptors are for 280mm disk and allow to install P08 calipers. My issue is to install Federiconi wheel , these have a narrow the main hub (in comparison with the stock Alazzurra Pantah), so i will need to do spacer on the wheel to set all the pieces together. i will more precise on the above when we will start to play with wheel setting.

Twin spark setting

Ciao Filippo, The forks that Filippo has are M1r 38, but they are not the same as the normal Ducati forks.
Theoretically, neither the P08 nor the P05 calipers can be mounted, but with the adapter that Filippo has, I managed to mount the P08.
The adapters I have are not right for M1r Ducati, to adapt from P05 to P08

Hi all
Slowly but proceeding.
Sanded the frame to apply a coat of epoxy primer.
The frame once Sanded look very good.
What about to chrome it.?
Not for this project but fully polished or even chromed will look amazing.

We know you are proud of this. But if you make it too shiny the paint won’t stick. MikeV
