Carlo's 280 mm rotor and Federiconi front wheel

Very nice wheels, especially with Carlo's beautiful discs! I agree with you, the 1/2 fairing looks great and leaves all the mechanical beauty exposed.

The 500/600 motor has a very small clutch that is prone to slipping. I would build that 750 with a dry clutch and you will not have clutch or transmission issues. just my 2 cents.

I'm planning to buy Europlast Succi fairing, seat and fuel Thank.
Looking at the dimension of thetank i get in doubt.
Europlast's tank is 40 cm long in the inner tank. WHILE DM frame has 38 cm of clearance in between the frame travreses.
Do you gentlemen know about the chance to install europlast succi fuel tank on DM frame?

I used that tank on a tt2 frame from pierbon, I am not sure the dimension are the same.
Hopefully one of our forum members will have the answer!

Hi Filippo, I don't think you will have a problem using that tank. The dimension you need to worry about is not the front leading edge but the top of that front panel, which will be less. It's tapered. That's why sometimes when you fit a TT tank to the frame you put in the front of the tank into the frame and move it forward then lower the rear into place. It even fits the 'big tube' DM frame if I'm not mistaken. Although with that big tube frame it's a little difficult to fit the alternator cover. To be honest, I file away a little of the corner of the cover, otherwise you are scratching the paint off the frame! The other issue with that tank, and many of the modern fiberglass tanks, is they don't cut out the fiberglass, at that notch in front of the tank. That notch is there to clear the plug that goes into the original wiring harness, so the tank can go all the way forward. My Harris frame did not accept a standard TT tank. I had Holt make a custom tank for it. The standard TT tank for a Verlicchi frame was too long and I had him raise the floor of the tank to clear the WP shock bolt. Lou

Lou thank for the info , very useful. Yesterday i call the workshop directly, i will drive to the shop with my frame to see if match with the PlastSucci'S thank.
Otherwise he will modify the thank consequently.

Maybe is a stock Cagiva Elefant modified for the mono shock?
