Jeez Mike that thing is moving without wheels! Where did you find so much of the details? Loving it! Lou

Thanks Lou.

Details: Well, I cannot say that anything on this is perfect, or correct. But it will be built in the vein of, or style of, and using practices of the era (thus, the clamps on the oil lines that Cranky thinks will pop off and send me into the weeds). The build is based on photos off the internet and my collection of Ducati books and magazines. I think these were influenced by the bevels still being raced then (see the fairing), and parts available at the time. There was variance in the calipers, the rotors, and other things on the few that were built. I am somewhat proud of the Goldline rear master (only one I have ever seen), even though that does not show up on these bikes. The forks are correct, the shocks are close, and the wheels and brake discs are good. I have worked on the seat and other bodywork to make it very close. So, once completed, I think this one will be a good representation of these race bikes.

MikeV

Things seem to be going together well. But the amount of time routing cables and wiring around big parts so the don't kink and bind is amazing. Battery ordered. Should be rolling around next week. Will certainly be painting the bodywork early August. Should be done by September. MikeV
