Here are some pictures of my street bike project this winter. It's not an F1 but a close cousin, an 1999 750SS. This bike was originally my friend Dave Dickerson's race bike and has been my street bike for the last 3 years. This year the bike needed the ignition changed out as I had been using the fuel injection ignition with FCR carbs with a TPS for the last 3 years and was starting to experience issues so I went with the Kokason setup and rewired the complete bike. Freshened the engine which has 800ss crank, rods and pistons, ported and flowed 800 heads, 900 FI cams and S/S 2 into 1 exhaust, also installed the 800 6-speed transmission while it was apart.. The motor makes 80 hp on regular pump gas. I also found a new set of custom Carrozzerio forged aluminum wheels, anodized in gold, so the bike color was changed to Ducati red. Other things that have been done to the bike are the Shankskin SV race fairing which I modified to fit the bike and my more upright sitting position. My better half wanted grab handle that she could actually use to hold on so it has a set of Kawasaki handles added. Not sure if it was the wheelies or brakies that drove that request.

Now I can't wait till the weather warms up.

What a beauty Gary! You haven't ridden her at all since the mods? This has been a long winter. Lou
