Bike was built in the late '80s by Jed Snyder (sp?) in Cambridge. Raced in Canada by my father for several years, mostly Shannonville and Mosport. Last event was a major get-off as Mosport about '91. Been sitting ever since, now in my hanger waiting for me to do something with it.
Trellis frame built on the original bevel head stock. Uses a bevel swingarm turned over and driving two vertical shocks in parallel via a linkage (met the letter of the twin shock requirement). Rear subframe is a sheet metal structure. Fork is 38mm bevel marzocchi.
Engine is late bevel, I'm guessing Darmah. 88mm bore, 750SS rods, cylinders shimmed up to accomodate rod length. Dual spark. Straight cut, wet primary.
This is the only photo I have of it in action. It's much less attractive in its current state. The only real obstacle to completion is a fuel tank. The original was smashed in it's last event, and I think it was custom.
I need to get it back together, I've been sitting on it too long.
