greetings,

into a conversion project here in the lonely
midwest using a Cagiva Alazzurra.
having a problem acquiring a rear sprocket
in aluminum with 520 pitch with proper bolt hole
spacing for the now used Alazzurra rear wheel hub.
tried Sprocket Specialities & that was an almost
disaster (saved by my credit card company).
looking for alternative sources . . . .?
don't racers need to replace those AL sprockets
often . . . . .
thanks
scott

Should be same as F1, Paso, 750 sport, and a few others (even many bevels). Their number is 187Z; just ask for 520 pitch, with the number of teeth you want, plain or anodized. MikeV

Yes, that's all good info, even for the first 851. I've purchased a lot of sprockets from Sprocket Specialists and have always been very happy with their service.

I use AFAM sprockets and like 'em a lot. In North America, you can get them from Drive Systems USA http://www.drivesystemsusa.com/

Hi Steve,
The AFAM number for us would be 51601, correct?

That's right, Bill. I just bought a 37 for the TT and I think they have a decent selection of sizes.. The one on my 853 F1 lasted forever.

One more question Steve, the web site is a little sketchy on info. Do they still come with the laid down "figure 8" style lighting holes?

Hello Steve,
This image prompts me to ask what, if any, shock absorbtion do you have on the sprocket mounting ?

I ask because I have just received my Marvics from Steve Turner (TPCS) in England after crack-testing , treatment and powder coating . It's the first time that I've seen them because I bought them from an e-bay ad.
Pretty pleased as the front weighs less than my Dymag , and the rear came with a nice little iron 210mm disc. They are for my F1 proto.
salut,
Dick

Pretty Marvics, Dick..

My wheel has a standard Ducati "bucket cush" made by FPS; as used on the Pantah, Ally, F1, Sport, 851, Paso and bevels. They vary in hole size and bolt circle - depending on the wheel they were used with..

Regards,
