Do floating brake disc already exist in 1983?

The 1981 Ducati TT 500, mounted the 260 inner hole 80 floats with the usual 26mm camber as the 280 tt2, 82-83 brake disc.
Practically the posterior of the ducati f1.

And three of Carlo's versions are on the 1980 Pantah racer replica.

Oh, and the adjustable cam cogs too! Forgot.
