Hi everybody I found the cables burned and once removed the rectifier box was cracked. Was veery easy remove the resin seal with a screw. The rectifier still give charge to the battery 13.5v at 1000 rpm 15 v at 2500 rpm. I don't remember the correct value. But at one point Bike doesn't start. Check all connection and when I press start I only ear a smooth noise caming from the "start checking device" (as named on the manual). I will try to replace the regulator with a spare I have in the garage and replace also the "starter solenoid"

Does the voltage continue to rise with more RPM's, after 15 at 2500? It sounds like you are on the right track, maybe the regulator is allowing it to overcharge. Is the battery bloated? Also check for a good ground. Just a thought. Lou

Hi Lou Thank you for replying. After 2500 rpm the voltage do not rise. To be sure I bought a new battery hoping the problem was on the low voltage rate. But same with the hold battery the bike doesn't start. Pretty frustrating.

Does the bike turn over, or do you get nothing? I will also advise you to have a terminal ready to be removed from the battery quickly, if the bike starts to crank and then won't stop. I had the strangest thing happen once, when the oil seal on the starter motor gave out and allowed oil into the starter. The motor cranked and would not stop till it fried some wires. Very scary! Lou

I have seen what Lou described a few times over the years. A stater full of oil is no fun! Good luck Paul

As planned i replaced the starter solenoid and the regulator then the bike start with proper ignition a few time, allowing me to test the charge produced from the regulator on 14,5 V at 2500. HAppy then? No , not at all after few start the starter still run good but without spark and consequently ignition. check the Sparks i realized the front cylinder spark do not "spark" at all.
