Hi Cal and 618F1 thank you for replying and encouraging me in going forward!

"Clown wall" is a side panel of a parade float, we (friends and me) made for carnival. See link for more

Salve Filippo,

I noticed that You used the "round" belts so You can adjust the timing better.
But also that the "tension" wheel of the belt is of bigger diameter than standard.
Is that because You had to shorten the cylinder (to get more compression) or because the belt is a bit longer ?
Isn't there a belt that is a tooth shorter ?

Keep on working
ciao
ducadini

Ciao Ducadini
Thanks for replying
Yes round standard belts and pulley for more timing adjustment.
And yes we cut around 4 millimetres on the cylinders, to reach a good compression, so we remove the fixed wheel and increase the diameter of the tension wheell to get tension.
I believe there is on the market belt with less theet, but I also see a 513 cc with 350 crankshaft, with longer belt and bigger pulley, the one equipped the latest 1200 two valves. I believe.
A closer Shot of mine.

I had the volume turned up expecting some exhaust music. Had to listen to Weber's TT1 to get my fix.
Add some gas and light it up.
