The yellow tank was a bold move and it really suits the bike thanks for that, just retro fitting 17mm bearings to late model 900ss wheels which seems to be less of a drama than modifying the swingarm I have etc. Ended up using 6303 bearings so 47/17/14 instead of 6005. Also making 'custom' angled inlet manifold to mount the carbs horizontally as only had a set of linked 39FCR in my war chest with horizontal orientation.

Just completed my hi torque inlet manifold for the TT900 I only had a set of FCR39s in standard inclination so it was make the manifold fit the carbs time. Also it will clear the bottom of the tank better. So now it is time to paint the frame and pop it on.

Almost ready for frame paint, made a bit of a departure from TT2 by adding seat loop which will carry the battery, using rear loops as exhaust hangers and plating the frame for Woodward 900ss rear sets.

Whipped up the pipes for the TT900 this morning, used a set for 2010 CRF250 muffs that picked up for $100 and chopped up Sport headers, all up couple of hundred bucks. It is more 'yard than Zard'

Rearsets just arrived, I used the rear loops to hang the exhaust and then added plates for standard 900SS rearset kit..... so straight bolt up of foot controls and rear master cylinder
