Sorry if I make you a question: You are the pilot in the picture?

Excuse me, I speak very little English, and I'm always the bad impression.

I wanted to know this, because in Tuscany, where I live in Italy, there is a pilot Laverda, very famous, Augusto Brettoni, he ran the 24 hours, and I would like to know please if you knew this pilot.

Excuse my terrible English.

Carlo.

If you are the pilot how did you go upside-down? And get away with it? MikeV

Hey Carlo,

When we (Phil A. and me) were at Piero Laverda's place, we talked about that era.
This was one of the bikes that Augusto raced.
auguri
joseph

Yes, it's an Hejira TT, ridden by steve Cull at tt race , with lap record.
the "reserve" bike was for sale few years ago in england, and I was looking for it, but unfortunatly somebody had been quicker  .
a Friend of mine has an Hejira Supermono , with yamaha motor ( 660cm3)

Frames where in square tubing, not the sexiest one, but very efficiant....
