Whats this?? its a very small xtra part??

Hey Guyz,
I HATE IT when I find a little part on the garage floor.....does this look familiar to anyone. I just had my clutch cover off to chop some vents in it. Its small, take a look at the first pic. Bike doesnt seem to need it, I just rode a 100 miles without it. Maybe its from something else??

I dropped that last month! How did it get there? Actually I have taught myself to enjoy finding parts after a project, even months later. But that does not look like a Ducati engine part to me. Maybe it is a Harbor Fright tool part. MikeV

Hey Cal... I don't mind finding small mystery parts. I do hate not being able to find the small part I just dropped. That looks like the remains of a drilled out rivet of sorts.

It does kinda look like a rivet, I thought possibly some kind of cable end?? I cant place it. Oh well, I guess I dont need it!! Less parts is a good thing!!!

Got my first covid shot today.....so far I havent grown anything new :-)
