Hi Mike... I just posted to a handful of Ducati Facebook sites for an adjustment knob. Hopefully there will be some response. Best Regards... Flattop

Thanks Flattop, it all helps.
Carlo, that word you used a while back does not translate! I hope it is not obscene.

Hey Mike, I hope you know I was joking! I agree, that word doesn't translate well. As you know I was a victim to it as well! I'm just happy that Carlo responds. Lou

It breaks my heart to see the photos, but I think it could have been worse. Much worse.
The last time I watched a bike sliding down the road making sparks, my body was flipping on a car's hood. Not fun. d

This really has been more exhausting/painful than fun, but the F1 is ready to ride again. The bodywork is now trackday use only; no headlight, or taillight, or blinker and mirror holes, or LH switch, and a few other things now revised. I had some yellow paint left over from the Pantah racer, so changed things a bit; tired of R/W/G. And, a new collection of decals. The original seat pad was lost on the freeway, so now I have really easy access to the battery posts if needed. Going to live with the tank dent and the smacked adjuster knob for a while. Sadly, the unpredictable rains have set in one month early here is Oregon, and I do not know if I can make it to a track again this year; we will see. Glad you got it back together. I love the color scheme, the yellow adds some nice contrast....and maybe a little throwback/combination of the older and newer color schemes. Not bad or ugly now!!! THE GOOD
