Did the Santamonica have a numbered plaque like the Montjuich?

I discovered this reference to it in one of Ian Falloon's books, see below. I have never seen a numbered plaque for a Santamonica - or a Laguna Seca.

Can anyone produce a photo of what it looks like?

Note, I know what the Murayama plaque looks like.

There was no plaque on the 750 Santamonica. I asked Ian some years ago about that very line in his book and he just grinned sheepishly.
