Hello all,
Getting near to completion of my F1 project. I've collected and assembled all the frame and running gear miscellany and I'm working on cleaning up the motor. I've pulled the heads and barrels, which look fine - any suggestions on sourcing piston rings? Help is greatly appreciated as always.
Thanks,
Gene Danyo

Gene,
the original part number is superseded to a new number that is still available from the dealers - I bought a couple of sets last year. Clinton

I bought a couple of sets from the Ducati dealership and they worked great!

Thanks guys,
Stien Dinse shows a series of superceded numbers on it's website, but I was hesitant to try them. It didn't occur to me to go to a dealer. Thanks a lot for the info.

The 88mm size has been used a long time by Ducati, and I'll bet the dimensions of the different rings have not changed. MikeV
