My pilgrimage is complete, I have now toured the Ducati factory and Museo! Wow! I even have a 750 F1 T-Shirt

AND pictures! You should see the pictures I took. I now have the world's largest collection of photos of 750 F1 factory race bikes - from every angle I could squeeze my camera into. I even got a frown from Livio Lodi after I moved the Perspex stand from in front of one of the F1s so I could get a clean pic!

Sadly it is not permitted to take photos from inside the factory, but you do get to see the entire assembly line. It is a great tour - watching as engines are assembled, then married to the frames and tested on the dyno. Cool!
