I have made a mould for them and they are a hard item to make due to the joining of the 2 sections together. I am doing a couple for some friends at the moment. The mould i have is off a genuine TT2. The 80 pounds Glyn is charging is good as they are a bugger to make

I use foam in my fuel tank, and a long air vent, so no problem

Dear friends, you have a lot of patience with me. I am the most ignorant person that planet earth could procreate.

I do a normal speech, a theorem of Pythagoras!

Sorry .... SORRY ....... sorry!!!

I understand only now.

You asked me if I have someone who manufactures these? for oil recovery engine?

Finally I will try to make one.

I've already done part in extruded polystyrene(very easy molding).
Now the fiberglass will make the mold and and with this final piece I will.

It will be in two parts obviously that then will have to join.

the piece have done it it more faithfully as possible with the photos that I have seen.

how it will look??? ...

I found the easiest point to put the join is at the back edge with a slip in sleeve fit, this allowed for easier joining and sealing

Hello again Chaps,

Just had a look and noticed the catch tank issue.
I am now in Kerikeri, North Island, in NZ. Arrived on the 15th of October. Bought a house but no workshop yet. I have just finished digging a very large hole out of a banking here at home with a 24 ton excavator. The concrete pad arrives next week and the new 3000sqft building should be up by mid Feb. Then get the 3 phase power to it and re-commision all the machinery. I am aiming at the first week of March to decant the contents of the containers into the workshop.
I have 3 x 40ft containers here full of all the equipment/bikes/parts from the UK. The parts I can get to right now are all for sale so it's business as usual. The only thing that will change is the postmark on the box.
I have stock in the containers of each part on the website and more stuff not yet listed. According to my packing lists the TT2 catch tanks are close to the top of the pile in no2 so thats easy.

The email is the same at sportsmotorcyclesducati@gmail.com or another is glyncnc@gmail.com

One of the first jobs is to build a TT1 for the classic race events. Can't wait !
