I really don't want to sound like Nurse Ratchet here, but you might get more response to this rather broad question if you posted it in the TT or F1 technical section.
So, you want to build a later engine with a revised (and proper) Pantah engine --- carb out back and exhaust to the front on the V cylinder? A lot of ways to do this, none that simple. Kinda like that swap to 17-inch wheels.
