We do some more work on the bike.My son milled a pair of triple clamps for the Marzocchi fork.On a old Deckel FP2 milling machine,no CNC,all by hand :D . Anodized in Titanium coulor.
And a picture of the other side of the bike.
Still working at some more details.Hope to run at the Spa 4 hours classic race.We have been there with our Bimota KB1 Racer.Legendary Racetrack.

Yes very nice job.
Did you keep the same set up of standard clamps on the new one?
Ciao

Hi Filippo
We used Yamaha R6 Clamps and bushed them to the 38 mm Marzocchi tubes. But the Yamaha parts were to wide.We had to use a longer axle and bigger spacers. If the bike got a heavy impact on the front in a fast curve ,the fork was twisted. The brake pistons went a little bit backwards.
Not a good feeling at the next hairpin bend.
But offset is the same as the Yamaha parts. The clamps are as narrow as possible to fit the brake disc.
We hope for a better stability.
This weekend we changed the rear brake from 240 mm to 220 mm diameter.Using a selfmade brake anchor plate.A small grimeca caliper is mounted.
Together with front discs with less weight we could save around 1,4 kg of weight.
