Some photos from yesterday.

Alec's F1, an F1 with the Marvic 2 piece mag wheels in skinny 16 front and 18 rear (never seen them before), couple of F1 framey things and a braced Verlicchi swingarm.

Hi Brad

The yellow F1 is actually mine, it was an impulsive buy on ebay that I just couldn't resist.

It is a Japanese import Laguna Seca that has been modified by the previous owner, the styling and colour choice is not exactly my cup of tea but for the price I can't complain.

The Marvic 16 inch wheels I believe came from a 400ss from the early 90's that I think was for the Japanese market only.

The Montjuic cams ensure it's an absolute pig to ride around town, thinking about swapping them out.

Had a great time looking at all the other F1's and Pantahs.

your yellow one is pretty cool. destroyed originality as you say, but who cares. not much you can do about it except enjoy it.

those wheels would be from either the montjuich or santamonica or the 89 400ss. not sure if the 400 had the deep dish discs or not.

The 1988 Tricolor 851 Strada also came with those 16" Marvic/Akront wheels (3.50" F & 5.00" R) and 280mm rotors.
