Mike V is not happy with the Forum participation so here go a few photos I just received. The black and white photo is of the winners circle at Launa Seca 1985. Adamo first on my TT1, to the left of Adamo is Reno, to the right is Giovanni Caruso who bought the bike after the race, John Williams second on the Dale Newton TT1 ( Ralphs old bike) and Kevin Schwatnz on the Dale Newton TT2. The second two pictures are of my red/silver TT1 at a track in South America. Sadly the original owner just passed away and his widow sent these pictures to his rider who then sent them to me. Lou

Man, now I will be labeled a complainer Lou. I never knew Kevin Schwantz ever got near a Ducati! Cool.

After I posted the Laguna Seca photo, I noticed something quite funny. If you look to the right of Schwantz ( if that's the right spelling) a guy is wearing a Team Leoni T shirt with an 'X' over the bike and what appears to be a drawing of John Williams in place of Adamo! I guess he wasn't happy. Lou

No way Mike! Here is a picture that explains Schwantz on a Ducati with Suzuki leathers! The bike Williams is on still has the endurance fairing with holes for headlights as well as being cut away on the top of the upper fairing. Maybe to raise the handlebars a little and clear the brake reservoirs? It was a 'factory racer' and has been in a ton of books and magazine articles. Lou

He is my hero! I had the honor of knowing to Barber, he gave me his hat, I had brought my shirt from Italy, bought in 1990 in the circuit of Mugello, I took my shirt with a dream we could see above his signature. My dream has come true.

You had never seen driving a TT2 with his foot as SPRINSTING!!

Too strong!
