Time has come for the Fourth and now annual TT/F1 symposium. It’s not too late to make plans to attend. This year’s event will take place September 2nd -4th (2012) at New Hampshire Motor Speedway http://www.nhms.com in the northeast US. This gathering of like minded TT/F1s owners will combine bike display activities with on track racing opportunities. The guest of Honor will be none other than Englishman Pat Slinn, championship winning race engineer for Mike Hailwood and Tony Rutter.

Sept 2nd (Sunday) - Features modern club racing by Loudon Road Racing Series http://www.lrrsracing.com having the P-89 class catering to TT/F1 bikes as well as bike display.
Sept 3rd (Monday)- Features vintage racing with United States Classic Racing Association http://www.race-uscra.com having multiple classes for TT/F1 bikes along with bike display.
The event will be followed up Sept 4th(Tuesday) with a track day run by http://www.fishtailridingschool.com for those wanting to experience riding the course in a more relaxed environment (sign up soon limited space)
For this event we can be found at the track in Garage 4 in the Center garages of the track infield. We are most interested in both racers running TT/F1s or displaying your TT or F1.

Yes, you are correct Carlo. It is the one and only Jensenator on his fast F1. And the Dubinator is on the #74. Hope we can see them both (and you?) at the 4th symposium.

It will be great to see the expert tuner Pat Slinn who has a ton of knowledge about these bikes.

We'll pray for clam chowder and not rain.
Rich

I have received many requests from officers of all the friends of the forum, I can not come to america. NOW.

But next year assembled for me, a motorcycle, even ugly and run down, I will come to you in America, and I will take the bread soup, or "RIBOLLITA" typical culinary delight of Tuscany, you know, my friend Pat, he's very hungry, and then if we put it together with Lou Saif!

I will come to America with a CARGO Air Force, has to bring sufficient quantities to feed our friends.

In Italy to wish you a race or an event going very well so they say: "IN BOCCA AL LUPO"

Ciao dalla Toscana. Carlo

Did the bevel F1 ever run? :o
Did the cavolo nero in the Ribollita get mixed up with another leafy substance? ;)

Good news! We will be hosting an Open Test Day on Thursday, August 30th. It will be managed the same way the other Open Test Days days we have had for 2012. This will be for motorcycles only.

As always, there will be access to the infield the evening prior as long as you pay your camping/electrical fee. The gate fee of $10 per person will apply, as well as the $150 for a full day and $100 for the afternoon session.

So, with a similar practice day on Friday, you could ride the track for six straight days - right Mr. Symposiarch?

Just a few pictures of some Harris bikes that will be at this Symposium. These belonged to Dr. Dave Kiefer. Lou
