I found out Nobby Clark passed away the morning of our get together on the 16th of last month. I only met him a few times but he always seemed a kind and approachable guy for someone so legendary. As we all get older people seem to be leaving us more frequently. Let us take a minute to remember them. Maybe a little prayer if that's what you do, or watch an old race and enjoy the history given to us by our heroes. Lou

I guess the "heroes" we met in our youth, when THEY were at the high of their carreers, are slowly slipping away.

It WAS easy to slip into the paddock, pits or riderpark in the 70's and meet the guys behind the guys and actually see them work.

Attending gatherings the past years and recognizing them brought more smiles than telling Marco about the beers we had in a Imola pub :-)

May Nobby wrench in peace
