Hello Ian... And thanks very much, not done much to her this year as im off work with a bad back. Yes Harris still do make exhaust systems for the tt2 tho not sure about price ect??
I currently own 3 Harris framed Dukes.. Harris Bevel, tt2, and the one im showing pictures of..

Man.....I love that bevel!! There is just something about how that big ole hunk of engine looks. I have only had the opportunity to have one bevel over the years, a Darmah. It was so smooth and fast compared to a Triumph I had been riding. Maybe in retirement I can gather the energy and funds to do custom bevel....that's a big maybe.....getting beyond my toy budget now...

Cheers Clay for your kind words.. Yes i do love my Ducati's i've only ever rode a Hailwood rep so i shall be in for a pleasant surprise being a lot lighter ect..

You have good taste in wheels. What size are the Dymag's on the red/yellow Harris?

It is interesting to see some details of the Harris Rocker as compared to my street bike.
I have a questions in regards to motor position. I discovered during my build that the motor was offset to the left in the chassis with the supplied spacers. I can only assume that Harris did this in 1985 due to the fact that no offset pantah sprockets were readily available. Offsetting the motor would allow for the bigger rear wheel/tire. Of course I could not leave that alone and managed to move the motor back to the center with some creativity.
Did Harris change things around with these new chassis to center things?

I'm guessing your Mike Webber..? Pleased at last to get to chat. I've seen lots of photos of your two bikes.. they look absolutely fantastic!!!
As for the Harris rocker arm..
Yes harris put the engine to the left so they could fit a wider rear tyre back in the 80's..
And even nowadays still do even though you can buy off set gearbox sprockets.
There's a few frame differences between yours and mine... but only slightly.
My cross bracing is slightly different as I didn't like the original idea.. looked too messy!
And also fairing mounts brackets and the extra brace to stop the frame springing when the engine is removed.
Swing arm was totally different to yours, being slightly similar to the works bikes.
And the rocker arm loop is different being much stronger as you can see..
Well it's nice to actually chat to you at last... After I've spent many hours looking at your bikes...
