Hi All,

I am the volunteer organiser for the first Eudlo Car and Motorcycle Show
in Eudlo, Queensland, Australia and we are getting a lot of interesting registrations.

I know there will be quite a few Ducatis there (I will have my F3, MHR racer and 851)
so if you live around the way, come on down/up and join in or just check it out!

cheers

Sean

oh and I will also bring a CBX550 I restored for a friend..(still a friend...no, really!)

Very nice bikes. Is the Honda stock? That's quite the front brake - what is it?

Hi Bill,

the bike is stock except for the very well made exhaust system which almost looks factory.

As for the brakes they are horrific inboard twin disc brakes. a real PITA.

Hi Sean,
Interesting. Oh well, give Honda an E for effort anyway. What year is it? GP shift? That bike, unfortunately, doesn't look like anything that was brought into the U.S. as I remember. Too bad for us. Why wouldn't they still be a friend, it looks good. Is that a Far East / Australia only model or set up?

The friend part refers to the effort required to service those brakes esp on the front.

you pretty much have to lift the whole front of the bike to dismantle.

And dont worry, he is very happy. :)
