The TT/F1 forum group would like to invite everyone to attend the fifth (official and original) symposium September 14-16 2013. This year we will be returning to New Hampshire Motor Speedway http://www.nhms.com in the northeast US. This gathering of like minded TT/F1 owners will combine bike display activities with on track racing opportunities. We are scheduled to host many special guests this year. Our meeting will be dedicated to the memory of Jimmy Adamo. Next week will be 20 years since we lost this talented rider at Daytona. There will be multiple Adamo race bikes on display and in use. With some luck we will also have the famous builder/tuner Reno Leoni as well.

Schedule
Sept 13th (Friday) –Open practice with LRRS racing series. http://www.lrrsracing.com has the P-89 class catering to TT/F1 bikes. Also drop-off of bike display/set up.
Sept 14th-15th (Saturday/Sunday)-Racing with LRRS as well as display of special bikes.

Sept 16th (Monday)-Track day run by http://www.fishtailridingschool.com for those wanting to experience riding the course in a more relaxed environment.


Accommodation-Concord New Hampshire is located 15 minutes from the track has an array of hotels at different cost levels. Camping also available at NHMS.


Travel-Direct national/international flights into Boston Massachusetts which is approximately 1 hour drive to Concord.

Thanks to Cranky Roller for all his work (AKA Mike Weber). This is a request to anyone who owns or knows of any Adamo/Leoni bikes and or memorabilia. We are trying to set up a display that will encompass all the years and bikes raced by Team Leoni, as well as bikes used by Adamo or tuned by Reno Leoni. Please contact me with a PM . I'll be there with my TT1 (hopefully racing in P89), My DB1SR and the ex-Quarterly DB1R.

Should be the highlight of the season!

I'm going to try and make it up,work/money depending.
As a aside,Apr.22-23 the Mid Atlantic Ducati club/Cornerspeed track days are coming up at VIR. I don't have details handy but contacting Mad or Cornerspeed can fill you in. It is a great track and a real fun couple of days.

I can vouch for the MAD event at VIR; brilliant facility and a great bunch of people. Bill, I'm going to try to make the MAD event in the fall if there aren't any conflicts. It would be great to see you and your F1 at the Symposium.

Please - don't go to the trouble of installing new tires or freshening up the motor though

Steve, It is just as you last saw it with the exception of somewhat fresher oil. I'm planning to drag out my old,noisy Black Bevel too.

NEWS FLASH! The Date the the TT/F1 2013 US Symposium has changed! After talking it over with Lou it was decided to change the date to accommodate important participants schedules. The new date will be October 4-6 (Friday-Sunday). The location is the same with the possibility of a track day the following Monday. More information on this to follow. Sorry to those that have already made arrangements and hope that you can still join us for a very special event.

I raced with Jimmy Adamo and Reno Leoni - Team Leoni and Island Racing - and have some pit pictures, motorcycle card(baseball card) etc. Glad to share.
