I think the TT1 is finally finished - well, almost.. Still need to clean up a few fairing mounts, gun-drill the front axle, make a full splash guard.. As Lou says, they're never done.

I'm dying to run it on the track, but I think we're done for the season. I cursed Lou for getting me into this throughout the whole process - that is until it was done.

This morning it moved out of the shop and into the office with Bar's Yellow Bike and the DB1 racer went into the shop. By comparison, the DB1 project's been a walk in the park.

Hey Steve, curse me all you want, that is one beautiful TT! If I can take any credit for it even better, but I did nothing. You did a wonderful job and it looks the biz. You also built it in record time. Can't wait to see the DB1 next to her. Lou

Thanks for posting photos of this beautiful bike, Steve. This will either inspire others, or frighten them away because of the perfection! MikeV

If doing 'nothing' included providing:
    the inspiration
the frame, tank, seat and oil fittings
    photos and diagrams
countless hours of advice and encouragement
...then, yeah - I guess you shouldn't get any credit...

The bike was definitely a community effort - there's no way I could have pulled it off on my own..

Hey Steve, that's a really nice looking deck you have there! Is it radiata pine? :D

Seriously though, your bikes are the benchmark that we budding bike builders aspire :P

Cheers

OMG, new desktop! :-)
Stunning and even better in the flesh.
I'll never match that but I've got something to shoot for!
