Even if I wasnt there I must agree with you!
#618 is evident, can you identify the other riders?
Is the first DB1 Dale Quaterly and the second Macolm Tunstall?

I thought Kieffer was on the number 6 bike, then John Long behind Malcolm. Kieffer ran the number 6 and had a 'rearing' horse on his helmet. I think that is my old Harris of his. Lou

I’d say you’re right Lou. Mine was a wild estimate at best. Boucher.

You know Chris it's very possible that the picture I posted was from that race. The late, great Syd Tunstall standing next to his son's DB1. Lou

The surrounds of the corkscrew sure have changed since those days. Among the pics Lou posted in “tt2 image gallery” one was of Jimmy Adamo at the top of the corkscrew with very little runout room before a row of hay bales. At WSBK a couple weeks ago, there was a lot more runout and airfence, which has been there for many years. But I noticed a new section of catchfence extending about half way up the infield side of the straight between turn 10 and 9. Laguna Seca is ruining the spectator experience with all the catch fence that has been added, seemingly every year. This new section between 9 and 10 seems superfluous to me.

Great to see Chaz Davies get his first win on the V4 though. And a fine finish by Barnes in the twins race.

Matt
