Post subject:  new shoes!
I have been refurbishing a set of Marvic wheels for my TT1 so I could mount some up to date rubber. I now have a set with original bias ply period racing slicks (stones) and a set of Avon racing tires I purchased from Jan at Redfox. The 16 inch front Avons are impossible to get in the USA. So thanks Jan! If you look closely at the picture you will see on the seat is the other new pair of shoes I received recently! Thanks to Ron and William from the Netherlands for such a wonderful and thoughtful gift. What a great way to remember all the new friends I've made at Assen. Thanks again guys! Hope we all get to attend more Symposiums all over the world! Lou
