I think I can see POWER HOUSE MOTOR CLUB stamped on them.
If correct they are made in Japan and your bike is also imported from Japan.
A giveaway is the big M on the side denoting MURAYAMA the Japanese Ducati Importers.
They are also the only people to make up the 'shields' attached to your seat with your frame number on them.
