Yesterday i removed and cleaned the clutchplates of my 650 Ally, but unfortunately i can't put back all the plates and lock them with the ring. I put pressure on the plates, but even that won't help. See pics.
Really don't have any clue how this is possible. Anyone an idea to lock the plates?

William. Remove the pressure plate and all the springs. Then install the big ring. There should now be about 1/8th inch space between the top plate and the ring. Then re-install the springs and plate. Do not over-tighten the six small bolts. MikeV

If you took out the ring first it must have been exciting!
