Well, the 14x1.25 spark plug hole thread on my (Alazzurra) vertical cylinder just called it quits. Can someone please remind me what is the best thread repair insert to use without removing the head? I remember the part about using plenty of grease on the tap, but forgot which insert is best to use? Bill |

time serts are the best inserts . they have copper sparkplug inserts for better heat transfer . Eldert |

Been waiting for others to reply, and have not used the plug inserts, but I sure like Timeserts too. They look like an part of original once installed. MikeV |
