750 motor with 42/36 valves,montjuich pistons and cams,flowed heads. Any thoughts on the best carb set up for this motor. For race use,no road.

Several on this site use Mikuni Pro series (do a search) which is what I would do if I wasn't already so deeply into the Malossi 41.5 stuff, too late for me. Safe to say either of these work well, bits still available and classic or post-classic eligible.
