Wow thanks for this info, I will check everything i can and will book a track day ASAP,
we did the old mallory with no edwinas no bus stop. :D
Did seem to run wide at devils elbow , hairpin excelent, patter going in to gerrards seem to be started by heavy braking ?
at the final session as I was picking up a bit started to get the same feeling brakeing hard for the esses but it shows up more on gerrards. It dose feel light on the front exiting the hairpin heading for the elbow.
I will gothrough everything hope to get it sorted for Donnington on the 11 Aug.
much apreciated information Thanks,

No problem, if you send me your data logging files I can have a look at the graphs....

...if only it was this simple eh? I really should get that RaspberryPI logger finished off !

Does sound like its too soft in the rear (be it spring, not enough compression or too much rebound) but also maybe not enough rebound in the front?
Im afraid I cant be much help behind a keyboard, but I hope Ive helped you a little bit.

Get your sag levels now and see where you are. If you wanna PM me, then I dont mind.

Ive never ridden Mallory without the Bus Stop, you must be fair licking on into Devils Elbow !!

Gradualy getting my head round all this, Im still on the steep learning curve !
The geometry just dose not look right, and usualy if something dose not look right it often isnt,
the line through theS/A spindle and rer wheel spindle to front tyre is wrong its comeing out at best halfway up the tyre,
shock length is as per harris recomendations, will try to drop the forks through the yolks a bit and lift the rear with preload before i lengthen the shock.
cant get an accurate measurement of 12 degrees on the S/A but it looks low.
will put up a photo when its back on the ground off the bench,
13 degrees sag no rider at the rear, I dont want to go too far for starters as I hate a bike that feels like its going to tuck on me.
yes devils elbow is interesting without the bus stop :D
never did like that chicane, Thanks Harvey

I know your frame may be different but really a TT2 should be almost the same as the engine position and headstock are almost identical, but this is how mine sits. Its not changed too much apart from less offset now.
Drawing a straight line through the spindles, it comes out to just below the top of the tyre.

The steering angle is 23.5 degrees (23.4 to be exact).

Im up at the workshop today, so I will get some measurements for you.

Gearbox to ground = 388mm
Front sag = 20mm
Bottom of headstock cup (centre) to ground = 730mm (which will be 750 off the ground).

These are rough measurements taken with a tape.

If your forks are longer in the lower fork legs, you may have to raise it so you dont have metal to metal interface with teh yoke.
I have cut away the dust seal detail on the alloy on the top of mine, gaining about 12mm.
