Hi Guy's, I ordered a few of Carlo's TT front fender brackets and it was no surprise that it was perfect! I used to make these by hand and they were a pain. To me, this is one of the nicest pieces on a TT and with Carlo making it easy for us there is no excuse. They come flat and that is good because you need to curve the piece to fit the fender you are using. In this case I am using a Syds Cycles TT1 fender. Also a very nicely made and accurate part. I use a leather shot bag and a convex body hammer to get the curve I am looking for. I hold the bracket firmly to the bag making the contour shape I am looking for in the bag and then slowly start hammering the aluminum. Not too hard, particularly around the drilled holes as these are the weakspots. If you hit the aluminum too hard in these areas the bracket will have an uneven wavy look when you check the profile. In the pictures you can see how the profile starts to match the fender. I also enclosed another picture of a secondary bend that sometimes has to be made particularly if you are using a 16 inch front wheel. For this I use a T dolly, but I am sure any clean pipe will do. Sometimes you would leave it the way I left the one being made and add spacers. This would all depend on wheel size, fork mounts for the bracket. As always with a TT we use so many different parts from so many different places a little Forum ingenuity is in order. I am sure there are different and better ways to do this, just sharing my method. This is a fun project, thanks to Carlo. Lou

Dear Lou, I'm very glad you found my very positive achievement.

I have a lot of projects in my head, but unfortunately a small percentage of Italians, is ruining our beautiful country.

I give you a question:

If I made a replica of the P axis cam ncr, with a final indicative price of 500 Euros, for you friends of the forum, it might be a good buy?

Let's say that maybe the price could be a little more bass, but I have to talk to my producer.

I do not want to sell anything to you, I would like to understand that there would be demand for this type of project.

Of course it would be produced at three kilometers from my home, with my modest (unfortunately) supervision!

Grazie amico Lou!! Carlo. ;)
