Hi whats the recomdation on fork oil for the M1R forks and whats the reason for the schrader valve in the top
?

I use 5W oil, and the forks tend to "pump up" so you can let the pressure of with the valve.

As written ah Jarno.... SAE 5 is what recommends the Marzocchi M1-R Workshop Manual
