Carlo,
Speaking only for myself I need the gold side plates and the gold rear caps with the center hole. I do not need the internal cast axle blocks.

Ciao Ron, I followed the manual Ducati F1, and he says 0.15, in my experience I never leave less than 0.10, and more, or 20, I try to stay in between these 2 data.

There are pros and cons with the precision and games axial shift.

If you leave more space change is more smooth, but dovetails, are not taken completely on its premises.

If you manage to make a good shimming, the exchange is not never gonna get out the gear engagement, with the ruin dovetails.

I hope that my translator does a good job. ciao.

Carlo,

It was loud and clear, have to buy a clock to measure the axial play and will stick to your procedure. Talked to some wrenchers on Ducks overhere and they confirm this.

Btw, are you using a gaskett or fluid gasket?

Cheers, Ron

yes you can use a comparator, is the right tool for good measure, the system of how to do it, you will understand by yourself, I made a small bracket that Avvito the bolt side cover.

I join the 2 crankcase engine block with silicone gasket.

at your disposal for any questions. Carlo ;)

The engine block is a 750cc not much exaggerated, as is the body of FRANKENSTEIN, because I used the crankcase of a pantah 350, the internal components such as the gearbox and the motor shaft are an F1, the pistons and cylinders are del Paso, I have sunk the valve seat on the paso original pistons, cylinder heads are a ALAZZURRA 650, and the camshaft is a F1 montjuich, and finally the dry clutch is a elefant 750.

Happy New Year Carlo! That is such a beautiful machine you have created - I'm sure it will be great fun to ride.. You say that you used the 350 cases - did you have to make any modification to those engine cases to convert to F1 specification?

Regards,

Ciao Steve, There are 350 cc engine crankcase, which are the same as steps and an internal reinforcement in 750cc.

You must be careful fusion of the ribs inside the crankcase.

The latest 350 cc engine products, such as the Indian 350, and the Cagiva Elefant 350, almost always the year of the 750cc caratterestiche.

Now I try and I try to get some pictures to see with your eyes, I do not know what to tell you with my bad English.

Hello Steve, here you can see my 350 within the crankcase, if you look you will see the reinforcements in the merger, which in the crankcase of pantah 350-500-600 first series are not present.

You inside the crankcase 350cc engine, you can assemble all the components of F1.

I hope I was clear with my speech ..

Ciao Carlo.
