Hello Auburn, I have PHM with the pumps removed / disconected on a 750. I can't feel any difference when moving, maybe a little bit on hard take off, but mostly it feels better. Investigate the flat slide Mikuni's, the round slides are trouble free but nothing special. I have VM 34 on a Norton and it's a very economical ok carb, maybe a TT of F1 deserves better? graeme

The Mikuni TM series are a much better choice on the 750 especially on an F1,mostly because of size issues. A big plus is the jetting combos have all been sorted so your brass expenses will be low. And they work better than the round slides.

I have a set of bored mikuni pro series on my F1 and they are great. It has a Ferracci engine and they seem to work extremely well with it
